- Classes are 2 hours in length
- Class runs once a week for 4 weeks
- Each participant will receive a Winslow Assessment and debrief
- Each participant will receive a workbook
Leading with Personality
An intense 4 week customized leadership program designed to help jumpstart new leaders and managers. The course focuses on interpersonal communication patterns, performance management and administering feedback for new leaders and managers. The seminars are designed to impart knowledge and tools, reinforce learning and accountability, and facilitate discussions centered on leading and managing.
Participants: New managers (less than 1 year in the role).
Program Overview -The program focuses on two key areas People and Process.
- People – The course will discuss the importance of using Personality theory – Identifying one’s own personality and identifying others personality and then using that information to tailor the leaders approach to maximize the different personality styles of their team.
- Process – The second half of the course focuses on effective ways to measure performance and provide feedback that is objective and constructive.
